TotorSwipe (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a flashcard learning application. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

- Username (optional, chosen by you)
Learning Data
- Your card progress (stars, learning history)
- Swipe statistics (reaction time, correct/incorrect answers)
- Custom cards you create (“Souvenirs”)
Technical Data
- Device type and operating system
- App version
- Crash logs (anonymous)
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Sync your learning progress across devices
- Provide personalized learning statistics
- Improve the app experience
- Send daily reminder notifications (if enabled by you)
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on:
- Supabase (cloud database) — for account and sync data
- Your device (local storage) — for offline access
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal data
- Share your data with third parties for advertising
- Use your data for purposes other than app functionality
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following services:
- Supabase: Authentication and database (supabase.com/privacy)
- OpenRouter AI: For generating flashcard content from your text inputs
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your learning data
- Disable notifications at any time
To delete your account, go to Profile > “Delete my account” or visit our account deletion page.
8. Data Retention
- We retain your data as long as your account is active
- Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days
9. Children’s Privacy
TotorSwipe is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy. We will notify you of significant changes via the app.
